“Dr. Jagriti Nahata is a dynamic and dedicated interventional cardiologist who brings clinical expertise and academic excellence to cardiovascular care. She pursued her DM in Cardiology from the prestigious S.M.S Medical College & Hospitals, Jaipur. Currently practising at Manipal Hospital, Sarjapur Road.

Her educational foundation was built at Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute, where she completed her MBBS followed by MD in Internal Medicine at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. Her journey through medicine has been marked by consistent academic distinction, earning Gold Medals in both DM Cardiology and MD Internal Medicine along with All India Rank-5 in NEET PG Entrance exam and INI SS-AIIMS Rank 5 in Cardiology .

She has gained extensive hands-on experience in both interventional and non-interventional cardiology. She has independently performed over 1000 coronary angiographies and 300+ percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), including primary PCIs for acute myocardial infarction. Her interventional expertise extends to over 200 permanent pacemaker and AICD implantations, demonstrating her proficiency in cardiac device therapy. She has been actively involved in complex procedures including left main bifurcation PCIs, chronic total occlusions and heavily calcified lesions, showcasing her technical skills in challenging interventional scenarios. Beyond routine interventional procedures she has gained valuable experience in various cardiac interventions including image guided PCI, structural heart interventions like device closures and peripheral interventions.

She is well versed with advanced cardiac imaging, trans-thoracic echocardiograms, including complex congenital cases, trans-esophageal echocardiograms, strain imaging, and stress testing. Her clinical management skills are exemplary in handling cardiac emergencies, including acute coronary syndromes, arrhythmias, heart failure, and cardiogenic shock.
